世界中學羽球賽台灣小將擊敗中國奪金

2018年世界中學生羽球錦標賽20日起於印度浦那開打，台灣男子代表隊包括就讀南投縣竹山高中的吳丞恩與張瀞升2位國手等，一路過關斬將，22日晉級團體決賽，對手為上屆冠軍中國大陸隊，雙方經過激烈比拼，台灣代表隊以4：1勝出，勇奪金牌，甜蜜復仇成功。

此次台灣男子代表隊由竹山高中羅貫中教練領軍，除了竹山高中吳丞恩與張瀞升2位好手外，松山高中、新豐高中與高雄新莊高中也各有1位選手入選，代表隊士氣高昂，連戰皆捷，先後擊敗巴西、阿聯、印度A、B隊、法國，22日冠軍戰則是先順利拿下雙打前2點，第3點單打吳丞恩也不遑多讓，順利拍下對手，此時金牌已確定到手，最後台灣代表隊以4：1勝出。

竹山高中羽球隊近年能有不錯征戰成績，並協助摘下本屆世界中學羽球金牌，教練與選手居功厥偉！而球隊訓練與好手養成並非易事，校方也十分感謝家長們與贊助商YONEX羽球公司、日香食品等企業的長期支持。
