關閉ATP…台鐵11年前就曾害5命

台鐵普悠瑪昨（21）日發生嚴重翻覆意外，造成18人死亡、187人受傷，為台鐵近年來最慘重的事故之一，肇事原因疑似是列車超速所致，因此外界現在懷疑列車的自動防護系統（ATP）可能遭人為關閉才會釀禍。其實2007年時台鐵就曾發生過駕駛關閉ATP，導致電氣機車頭失速撞上區間車，害死5條人命的悲劇。

事實上，11年前就曾有駕駛因為關閉ATP系統，導致發生嚴重事故的事件。據悉，當時一輛電氣機車頭駕駛正在做測試，不過因為ATP系統故障，對測試造成困擾，因此他擅自將系統關閉，之後還在限速75公里的軌道上，以時速90公里的速度前進，甚至在視線不良或誤判號誌的情形下「冒進」，最後導致在頭城鎮大里站煞車不及，不慎撞上一輛等待自強號通過的區間車，造成乘客5人死亡、17人輕重傷。（編輯：朱祖儀）

金正恩明早8：30越分界線 文在寅將親迎
青瓦臺秘書室長任鐘晳表示，南韓總統文在寅和北韓領導人金正恩明天舉行峰會時，將在分隔朝鮮半島的軍事分界線會面。金正恩將於台北時間8時30分跨越邊界，由文在寅親自迎接。
法新社報導，明天金正恩在跨越分界線後，將成為兩韓65年前停戰後，首位踏入南韓領土的北韓領導人。
金正恩將檢閱南韓三軍儀仗隊，隨後兩韓領導人將步行進入位於板門店停戰村南韓轄區的「和平之家」（Peace House），於台北時間9時30分舉行峰會。
峰會上午議程展開前，金正恩將在來賓簿簽名，他稱這是一場關於「朝鮮半島和平繁榮的峰會」。
接下來，在下午議程開始前，文在寅和金正恩將在軍事分界線聯手種下一株樹。
雙方在簽署一項協議後，將發表聯合聲明。
在金正恩返回北韓前，文在寅將於晚間設宴款待金正恩，並舉行歡送儀式。
任鐘晳表示，平壤代表團成員包括今年2月曾以特使身分，前往南韓參加平昌冬季奧運的金正恩胞妹金與正，以及當時陪她同行的北韓名義上國家元首金永南。
