【台北訊】看準母親節與端午佳節將近，孝親與家聚節禮商機醞釀發功，又適逢日本和牛開放解禁已近半年，台灣今年掀起和牛全面搶購熱潮，日本政府更將2018訂為日本和牛年，預期2020年達到和牛出口250億日圓成績，東森購物為搶攻節禮與頂級高端消費市場，自日本滋賀縣琵琶湖，直輸引進日本皇室御用最頂級的夢幻A5近江姬和牛限量組合，即將於4月24日(二)晚間21:20於第47頻道進行首賣，東森購物網也將同步開賣；東森購物看好節禮與家聚商機蓬勃，將帶動生鮮商品提升整體業績30%銷售量。東森購物推出的組合分為御膳組9,900元、與品味組6,290元兩款規格，去中間化少了代理商，因此價格上較市場便宜3成5到4成左右，贈品貼心搭配東京米其林餐廳專用的日山壽喜燒醬汁以及精選喜馬拉雅山岩鹽，雙重沾料、美味加倍。

東森購物說明，近江牛是日本與神戶牛、松阪牛並列的三大和牛之一，一年只能產出6,000頭，而其中只有30%、約1,800頭被認定為「近江-姬和牛」黑毛母牛，數量極為稀少，是日本皇室指定御用的頂級夢幻和牛，連明治天皇都讚不絕口:「從未吃過這麼好吃的牛肉」。本次引進的頂級A5近江姬和牛產地來自於滋賀縣琵琶湖，屬黑毛和種，飲用奇蹟之湖琵琶湖的湖水成長；近江姬和牛的優勢在於從小在青山綠水、群山環繞的美麗天然環境中生長、食用的是當地的大麥與米糠，因而造就出頂級的優良肉質，肉質細膩柔潤，霜降油花細膩豐富，入口即化，散發甜美香氣，吃起來清爽無負擔。東森購物也提醒消費者，購買和牛避免買到假貨，一定要認明和牛證書，且與牛肉包裝上的「近江牛」標準字樣相同才是真品；東森購物整批近江姬和牛從日本牧場直輸台灣，擁有證書編號且與牛肉包裝上的編號相同，消費者可安心選購。

東森購物表示，生鮮商品市場商機潛力大，2014年起與「漁季」品牌合作冷凍水產商品，近三年來已逐步做出市場規模，自2014年到2017年已達到年營收超過1.6億元的好成績，2018年起預期要做出一年1億營收的好成績，因此2018年不僅延伸產品線自日本引進頂級和牛，更要搶攻高端市場消費者荷包。另一方面，日本商品在台灣消費市場一直保持絕對的吸引力，去年10月東森購物引進百年歷史限量的「日本湯淺金萬醬油」，只消80分鐘就完售共5千瓶醬油，平均每1.04秒就售出一瓶、今年1月東森購物趁年菜熱潮引進「日本頂級A5飛驒和牛限量組合」，節目一開播即造成每12秒賣出一組、立刻完售300組的狂銷熱潮，顯示無論景氣好壞，民生消費必需品依然是民眾的消費重點，且消費者對於優質食材花錢絕不手軟。

從消費市場結構面分析，台灣雙薪家庭在台灣的比例高達6成，大台北地區的比例更高。根據行政院主計處統計資料也指出女性勞動參與率在2016年已突破8成，職業婦女兼顧工作與家庭生活忙碌，透過電視購物與網購食材以節省採購時間的趨勢逐年上升；東森購物從消費者輪廓中也觀察到，生鮮商品以女性為主要消費者占70%以上，主要購買年齡在40歲到69歲之間，主力購買地區以雙北市、新竹市、高雄市與南投縣為多。

農曆年前消費者對食材的需求量大，因此冷凍生鮮商品的主要銷售旺季，去年9月台灣重新開放日本和牛進口，和牛生鮮品1公斤要價動輒萬元以上，五星級飯店300公克的和牛套餐價格同樣近萬，儘管價格是美牛Prime的10倍，但許多老饕依然趨之若鶩，由於上次開賣「日本頂級A5飛驒和牛限量組合」獲得熱烈迴響，目前東森購物已接到超過2成以上A級會員的電話詢問，東森購物也看好本次頂級夢幻的近江姬和牛將成為今年母親節與端午節為家人加菜的新首選。
